After navigating her own reinvention during midlife, Melissa founded Her Playbook Rewrite to help women move through their Second Season with clarity and courage. Today, Melissa coaches women who are rewriting their next chapter, and she partners with organizations to develop menopause-inclusive training, policies and guidelines, and workplace cultures that support women in (peri)menopause.
