Midlife opened the door to a new way of living, leading, and supporting others.
After navigating her own personal and professional reinvention — including career shifts, divorce, remarriage, and international relocation — Melissa founded Her Playbook Rewrite to help women move through midlife with clarity, courage, and renewed purpose.
With more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, organizational transformation, global consulting, and equity education, Melissa brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work with women and organizations. Holding a PhD in Social Justice Education from the University of Toronto, she integrates data-informed equity research into every aspect of the firm’s work.
Melissa’s leadership and consulting experience includes:
The United Nations Population Fund | Senior Anti-Racist Consultant
The United Nations Secretariat | Anti-Racist Consultant
Brock University | Director of Human Rights and Equity
The Ontario Water Works Association | Equity Consultant
